- Generating lease cost analyses and refund tracking automation.
- Authenticating your account and synchronizing data across your devices.

- Google Cloud & Firebase: We use Firebase for secure user authentication, Firestore for database hosting, and Cloud Storage for retaining your uploaded files. FCM tokens are processed to deliver push notifications.
- Google Gemini (Document AI): When you upload PDFs (such as inspections or HOA rules) to FirstNest, these documents are securely transmitted via API to Google Gemini. Gemini extracts data, generates cost estimates, and summarizes rules to provide you with actionable insights.
- RevenueCat: We utilize RevenueCat to validate and manage auto-renewing subscriptions across different platforms.
- Apple App Store & Google Play: We do not collect, process, or store credit card information. All billing and payment data is handled securely and directly by Apple and Google.
4. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, port, or request the deletion of your personal data.
Data and Account Deletion: We provide you with full control over your data. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data, including uploaded PDFs and property information, directly within the settings menu of any of our applications. Upon initiating deletion, your data is permanently scrubbed from our active Firebase databases and storage.

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between your device, our Firebase backend, and third-party APIs (like Google Gemini) is encrypted in transit.
