2. Not Financial or Legal Advice Lease Calculator & Negotiator is a mathematical tool designed to assist you in estimating vehicle lease payments. The App does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. The results generated by the App are estimates based on the numbers you input and may not perfectly match a dealer’s final contract due to local taxes, hidden fees, or rounding differences. You should always review official dealer paperwork and consult with a qualified professional before signing any financial contract.
3. Pro Upgrade and In-App Purchases Certain advanced features of the App are locked behind a one-time purchase (“Pro Features”). Pricing is displayed in the App prior to purchase. All payments are handled entirely by your respective app store (Apple or Google) and are subject to their specific refund and cancellation policies.
4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerivo Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses incurred during a vehicle negotiation or lease signing.
